Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a St. Louis Battlehawks suite?

To reserve a suite, visit the Reserve Now page, select the game you’re interested in, and explore the available suite options. You can book directly through the website using your credit card or contact the St. Louis Battlehawks Premium Seating Department at 314-377-7916 or [email protected]

When will I receive my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the St. Louis Battlehawks Premium Experience team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

Suite tickets are delivered digitally. After purchase, you’ll receive instructions to access and download your tickets. All tickets are mobile-only, and we recommend electronically transferring tickets to your suite guests prior to arrival.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Privacy depends on the space you have selected.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes, all premium seating options are ADA accessible.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods:

Is payment required in full?

Yes, full payment is required to secure your suite or premium tickets.

Are there additional fees?

No hidden fees. The price listed is the total amount you will pay. Certain suites include food and beverage options; others do not. Please refer to the suite details for more information.

Can I use a St. Louis Battlehawks gift certificate to purchase a suite?

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

All sales are final, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. For more details on event rescheduling or cancellations, please review our terms.

What if my event is postponed or rescheduled?

If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date.

What if my event is canceled?

In the case of a canceled event, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

Planning Your Suite Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event or during your event. Following your purchase, a St. Louis Battlehawks Premium Experience Team member will reach out via email or phone to provide you with catering instructions. Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of gameday (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the Gameday Suite Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu. Catering preorders are due 1 week prior to an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside The Dome at America’s Center.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering costs will be available closer to the event date. Packages are set based on the number of people in the suites. Spend is based on type of food - I.e., snacks vs. full meals – and number of people. On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering will spend $100 per person in their group for a spread of food and drink (alcohol included). For example, a rough budget for a group of 20 should be $2,000. There is no catering minimum, however, and catering is not required.

Can I purchase additional tickets for my suite?

We do not sell SRO tickets to suites. All of our suites are sold with seated tickets. Bar stool seats and SRO tickets are included with such purchases.

What is the child ticket policy?

Children three (3) years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission to St. Louis Battlehawks suites.

What am I allowed to bring into the suite?

To facilitate a safer environment for our fans and guests, and to expedite entry into venues, it is the UFL’s policy to limit the size and type of bags that may be brought into UFL games as follows:

  • Clear tote bags that are 12” x 6” x 12” or less in size; one (1) bag per person
  • One-gallon clear plastic storage bag (e.g. Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small purses/handbags (clutch-type bags) that are 4.5” x 6.5” or less in size; one (1) per person
  • For quickest entry into the stadium, it is recommended that fans and guests do not bring a bag on game day.

The bag restrictions above do not apply to persons that require medically necessary accommodations; however, arrangements must be made for all such persons to enter the stadium at specifically designated entrances, at which they will be subject to screening and venue security procedures.

Gameday Questions

Where do I park?

While The Dome at America’s Center nor the St. Louis Battlehawks control and/or manage any parking facilities, attendees can utilize more than 30,000 parking spaces available within a 10-minute walk of The Dome at America’s Center.

Do you offer ADA Accessible Parking?

There are several ADA Accessible parking facilities located near The Dome at America’s Center (“The Dome”). Drop-off and pick-up for guests with physical limitations should be made at the Broadway Central Entrance (on Broadway) and at the Courtyard Entrance near Entry A (7th & Convention Plaza).

Where are the VIP entrances?

There is no suite or VIP entrance for suite ticket holders at St. Louis Battlehawks home games. You will need a suite ticket to enter the 200-level suites.

When does my suite open?

Suites open 90 minutes prior to kick-off.

Can I order food and drink during the game?

Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip the suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary. Please note that all food and beverage items are subject to a taxable 22% service charge plus applicable 11.179% sales tax. This service charge is not a tip or gratuity and is not distributed to service employees. Additional payment for tips or gratuity for service, if any, is voluntary and at your discretion.
